USA Long Course 2026 New Swimmer Evaluations

All new swimmers must register first and complete an evaluation before joining practices. Evaluations help us accurately place swimmers in the appropriate group.

 

Registration is required to schedule an evaluation. A coaching staff member will conduct the evaluation. Group placement will be determined with input from the Head Coach.

 

CCST Participation Requirements:

Swimmers joining CCST must demonstrate the ability to:

✅ Swim 25 yards Freestyle without stopping

✅ Swim 25 yards Backstroke without stopping
